ARN Architectural Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy sets out how as a company ARN Architectural Ltd follow the rules set out in The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and also outlines what personal data we collect from you and how it will be processed.

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • Your contact details (Phone number & email address, if applicable)
  • Financial data such as bank details if required for payment services

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To keep in contact with you and communicate to you as your project progresses
  • To maintain our own accounts and records
  • To purchase goods and services from you

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with your personal data, but failure to do so will reduce or prevent communication during your contract or delay or prevent payment for goods and services.

We may share this information with all directors of ARN Architectural Ltd and also any external consultants to aid in your project. Your contact details will also be shared with local authorities when we make applications on your behalf (e.g. planning or building regulations).

Your information is securely stored. We keep your personal data for a period of up to 5-10 years after your project has completed in case of any legal claims and also for accounting purposes. After this period of time we will then securely destroy your information.

  • Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also
  • Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
